Genocide in Darfur

This is some information on Darfur that I looked up and found really interesting but sad:

*The ongoing genocide has killed 400,000.

*Forced 2,500,000 people to leave their home lands and go to refuge camps.

*100+ people die each day

*5,000 people die every month

*Government neglect has left people in Sudan poor and caused conflict throughout the country. 

*In 2003, the sudanese government in Khartoum and the government-sponsored Janjaweed milita use rape, displacement, organized starvation, and mass murder.

This whole genocide in Darfur is really a complicated thing to understand, but the effects it has on the innocent  people in Darfur is sad and really unfair.
